Since InnoVista is not equipped with the software development expertise, InnoVista aims to engage its resources in respect of marketing and acquiring software development projects both locally and internationally. Thereafter, InnoVista aims to engage relevant experts either through the talent pool created as a result of learning management system or will engage external software service providers.
Media production
Media production mainly involves production of various trainings and workshops; however, it also targets on other aspects relating to production of promotional films and advertisements and collaborations and joint ventures for translation of media programs of various countries into Urdu language for broadcasting in Pakistan against a service fee.
Consortiums
InnoVista is planning to engage in consortiums with Ignite National Technology Fund (Ignite) and Pakistan Software Export Board (PSEB) to participate in innovative projects and digital skills programs envisioned at development of the overall IT ecosystem of Pakistan. The main purpose of these programs is to collaborate with academia and industry to engage and develop youth in practical aspects of technological world.
Research and development
InnoVista is focused on facilitating partnerships between zone enterprises, universities, andcresearch institutions to drive innovation and commercialize research findings. InnoVista envisions to develop technical labs where researchers and engineers collaborate on cutting-edge projects and encourage cross-disciplinary research by inviting experts from diverse fields to explore novel solutions. This is a non-revenue generating activity focused on growth and innovation in the IT sector
